You shouldn’t have to wait to get your order! So we work hard to ship your order as fast as possible. Most customers receive their orders within 2-4 days of placing them.

Do you ship outside the US?
At this time, we only ship Bonsai Driftwood outside the US.

RETURN POLICY
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase at Bonsai Driftwood. You may return or exchange the product you purchased within 30 days of the order date. Returns without contacting us first will not be processed. All items must be shipped back within 7 days after request of a return.
Any non-defective return may be subject to a 25% restocking fee calculated based on the selling price of Bonsai Driftwood. Item must be in new and unused condition with all the original packaging and accessories. We will not be able to issue a refund if anything is missing. Customers will be responsible for return shipping charges. Please obtain a tracking number as we cannot be held liable for packages that get lost or damaged on the way back to us
