The $19.99 DIY box is the bigger paid box, and shipping is included. The free 6 x 6 x 6 in DIY pack is free, but you pay $9.99 shipping, and it is limited to one per order. Both hold broken or imperfect pieces, both are random, and both are final sale.
Broken pieces work well for moss attachment, shrimp hides, rebuilt or combined trees, practice aquascapes, and crafts. Natural driftwood may release tannins. We recommend rinsing, soaking, or boiling when possible before adding driftwood to an aquarium, using clean water only (no soap, bleach, or chemicals). See our preparation guide for details.
DIY pieces can go in a shrimp tank after the same prep as our trees. Check broken ends for sharp splinters, use no soap or chemicals, and add new wood to an established tank.
Shipping on the $19.99 DIY box is free to the Lower 48 US states + DC. Orders ship once per week, every Wednesday from Texas. If you place your order before Wednesday's shipping cutoff, your box ships that Wednesday. Orders placed after the cutoff ship the following Wednesday.
No, the DIY box is final sale and sold as-is. Because it holds broken and imperfect pieces by design, breakage is not a reason for return.
